Terms of Service

Article 1 Purpose

The purpose of these Terms of Use is to define the conditions of use and general operating matters of the services provided by (주)선스킨코스메틱 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") on its SUNSKIN COSMETIC(sunskinmall.com) website and online shopping mall (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

Article 2 Definition of Terms

The definitions of key terms used in these Terms are as follows:

• Member : A user who has agreed to these Terms, provided personal information, registered on the Site, and entered into a use contract with the Site to use the services.
• Use Contract : A contract concluded between the Site and a Member regarding the use of the Site.
• Member ID (hereinafter referred to as "ID") : A unique combination of letters and numbers assigned to each Member for identification and service use.
• Password : A combination of letters and numbers chosen by the Member to confirm their identity and protect their rights and interests.
• Operator : An administrator who establishes and operates the website for the service.
• Termination : The cancellation of the Use Contract by the Member.

Article 3 Rules Other Than the Terms

The Operator may announce separate operating policies if necessary. If these Terms overlap with the operating policies, the operating policies shall take precedence.

Article 4 Conclusion of Use Contract

① The Use Contract is established when a person who wishes to register as a Member and use the Site agrees to the content of these Terms and their application is approved by the Operator. ② A person who wishes to register and use the service expresses their intent to agree to these Terms by reading them and selecting "I agree" during the sign-up process on the Site.

Article 5 Application for Service Use

① A user who wishes to register and use the Site must provide all necessary information requested by the Site (User ID, Password, Nickname, etc.). ② Members who register false information or steal others' information cannot claim any rights in connection with the use of the Site and may be subject to legal penalties under applicable laws.

Article 6 Privacy Policy

Neither the Site nor the Operator possesses the passwords of the personal information provided at the time of member registration, and matters related to this are subject to the Site's Privacy Policy. The Operator makes efforts to protect Members' personal information, including member registration information, as prescribed by applicable laws. Members' personal information protection is governed by applicable laws and the Privacy Policy established by the Site. However, the Operator shall not be held liable for any information exposed due to reasons attributable to the Member. If a Member registers or distributes illegal posts that harm public morals or violate national security, the Operator may view the Member's data and submit it to relevant authorities upon request.

Article 7 Obligations of the Operator

① The Operator shall handle opinions or complaints raised by Members as quickly as possible if they are deemed justified. However, if rapid processing is difficult due to personal circumstances, the Operator will do their best to notify Members afterwards via notices, messages, or emails. ② The Operator may request the Site to repair or restore equipment without delay when a failure or loss occurs, in order to provide continuous and stable service. However, in the event of natural disasters or unavoidable reasons on the part of the Site or the Operator, the operation of the Site may be temporarily suspended.

Article 8 Obligations of Members

① Members must comply with the matters stipulated in these Terms, various rules set by the Operator, notices, operating policies, and related laws. Members shall not engage in any actions that interfere with the Site's business or defame the Site. ② Members may not transfer, donate, or provide as collateral their service usage rights or other status under the Use Contract to others without the explicit consent of the Site. ③ Customers must pay close attention to the management of their ID and Password, and may not allow third parties to use their ID without the consent of the Operator or the Site. ④ Members shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Operator, the Site, or any third party.

Article 9 Service Hours

① In principle, services are available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there is a special operational or technical obstacle. However, the Site may temporarily suspend services on days or times set by the Site for regular system inspection, expansion, and replacement. Service suspensions for planned work will be announced on the Site's website in advance. ② The Site may temporarily or permanently suspend the service without prior notice or warning in the following cases:

• Urgent system inspection, expansion, replacement, failure, or malfunction
• Force majeure events such as national emergencies, power outages, or natural disasters
• Suspension of telecommunication services by a common carrier defined in the Telecommunications Business Act
• Disruption in normal service use due to excessive traffic

③ In the event of service suspension under the preceding paragraph, the Site will notify Members through announcements in advance. However, if prior notice is impossible due to causes beyond the control of the Site, a posterior notice will be provided.

Article 10 Termination of Service Use

① If a Member wishes to terminate the Use Contract with the Site, the Member must apply for termination online. Note that termination of the Use Contract with the Site is separate from canceling other related services. ② Upon application for termination, programs related to the Site provided by the Site are automatically deleted from the member management screen, and the Operator can no longer view the terminating user's information.

Article 11 Restrictions on Service Use

Members shall not engage in the following acts. In the event of such acts, the Site may restrict service use, take legal measures, terminate the Use Contract, or suspend the service for a specified period:

• Registering false details during sign-up or info modification
• Interfering with others' use of the Site or stealing information
• Impersonating the Operator, staff, or related personnel of the Site
• Infringing upon the personality rights or intellectual property rights of the Site or third parties, or interfering with business
• Fraudulently using another Member's ID
• Collecting, storing, or disclosing personal information of other Members without their consent
• Acts objectively judged to be associated with crime
• Other acts violating applicable laws

Article 12 Management of Posts

① The Operator is responsible for the management and operation of posts and materials on the Site. The Operator shall monitor for bad posts and materials at all times. Upon finding or receiving reports of bad posts, the Operator must delete them and warn the Member who posted them. Meanwhile, users are responsible for the posts they upload. Members must not post content that violates these Terms. ② If there is a request for correction from public institutions such as the Korea Communications Standards Commission, the Operator may delete or move posts without the prior consent of the Member. ③ The criteria for judging bad posts are as follows:

• Severe insults or defamation to other Members or third parties
• Dissemination or linking of content violating public order and good morals
• Promotion of illegal copying or hacking
• Commercial advertisements
• Content objectively recognized as linked to crime
• Infringement of copyrights or other rights of other users or third parties
• Content judged to be in violation of other related laws

④ If the Site or Operator receives a request to stop posting (transmission suspension) due to infringement of rights such as defamation or intellectual property rights by a third party, the Site may temporarily suspend the post. The Site will comply with court rulings, agreements, or decisions of relevant organizations submitted to the Site.

Article 13 Storage of Posts

If the Site Operator inevitably shuts down the Site, the Operator will make efforts to notify Members in advance and take all measures to facilitate the transfer of posts.

Article 14 Copyright of Posts

① The copyright of posts published by Members within the Site belongs to the posting Member. The Site cannot use the posts commercially without the poster's consent. However, this does not apply to non-commercial purposes, and the Site holds the right to display the posts within the service. ② Members may not commercially use materials published on the service, such as processing or selling information acquired through the service. ③ If the Operator judges that the contents posted or registered by a Member fall under any of the categories in Article 12, the Operator may delete, move, or refuse registration without prior notice.

Article 15 Compensation for Damages

① All civil and criminal liabilities arising from the use of this Site rest primarily on the Member themselves. ② The Site shall not compensate for damages incurred by Members due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or the Member's own intent or negligence.

Article 16 Disclaimer

① The Operator is exempt from liability for damages arising from a Member's failure to obtain expected benefits from the service or the selection or use of service materials. ② The Operator is exempt from liability in the event of failure of the service infrastructure or telecommunication services provided by other carriers. Damages related to the service infrastructure shall be governed by the Site's Terms of Use. ③ The Operator does not assume any liability for materials stored, posted, or transmitted by Members. ④ The Operator shall not be held liable for disruptions in service use due to reasons attributable to the Member. ⑤ The Operator shall not be held liable for any activities (including data transmission and other community activities) between Members or between Members and third parties, whether within or outside the service. ⑥ The Operator is not responsible for the authenticity, reliability, or accuracy of materials posted or transmitted by Members, or any materials received by Members through this Site. ⑦ The Operator shall not be held liable for any damages arising from transactions of goods or services between Members or between Members and third parties mediated by the service. ⑧ The Operator shall not be held liable for any disputes arising between Members or between Members and third parties without the Operator's fault. ⑨ The Operator shall not be liable for damages caused to Members by system failures during server management, inspection, maintenance, replacement, or software operation, system failures due to third-party attacks, distribution of computer viruses for which countermeasures have not been developed, or other force majeure reasons beyond the Operator's control, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

Addendum

These Terms shall take effect on May 29, 2026.
